The position involves instruction and/or support of instruction in various Allied Health programs, including but not limited to Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Limited Medical Radiography, Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, Pharmacy Technician, Medical Office Assistant, CPR, and Patient Care Technician. Responsibilities include developing Allied Health course schedules, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining student records according to these regulations. The role also requires ensuring that students complete the minimum required number of instructional and clinical hours prior to advancement or certification exams. Additionally, the position involves assisting the Allied Health Director with special assignments, maintaining facilities for cleanliness and order, and supporting other academic and professional programs, including client relations and student support. Other duties may be assigned by the Director of Allied Health.
