About The Position

The LIMHP is responsible for overseeing the quality and integrity of clinical mental health services delivered. This includes supervising clinical and case management staff working in the Next Step Program, ensuring trauma-informed and person-centered care, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. The LIMHP provides direct oversight of assessments, treatment planning, and interventions, while fostering collaboration across departments to support residents experiencing homelessness, often with co-occurring mental health, substance use, and chronic health issues. Requirements

  • Master's degree in human services, social/behavioral science, or a closely related field.
  • Actively holds a clinical license such as LIMHP.
  • 3+ years of experience working with populations experiencing poverty and housing insecurity.
  • Proficient with Google G-suite and general computer operations.
  • A solid, visible relationship with Christ.

  • Proven track record of working with diverse groups, including but not limited to colleagues, leadership teams, community partners, and state legislators, with an ability to build consensus.
  • Progressive leadership skills demonstrated within the Behavioral Health field, including but not limited to proactive approaches to problem-solving and strong decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve assessments, treatment plans, ISPs, case management notes, and progress notes of the Next Step program direct care staff.
  • Monitor service delivery for effectiveness and responsiveness, ensuring service plans and treatment plans are individualized, strengths-based, and aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct internal audits of clinical files and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Teach psychoeducational classes and conduct therapy groups as needed.
  • Exemplify Jesus Christ daily, sharing the gospel or praying with others as opportunities arise.
