Marzilli & Company is an award-winning landscape contractor that builds and maintains high-end landscapes in Greater Boston, coastal New England and the Berkshires. Our site specialists, expert masons, experienced planting crews and irrigation and lighting technicians work with our managers and estimators to deliver complex residential projects. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Lighting & Irrigation Crew Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on position. Candidate must be able assist in the installation of large outdoor lighting systems.

Requirements

Experience in Electrical or Lighting systems
Experience in Irrigation systems
Mechanically oriented
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Relevant certificate may be required.
Minimum of 3+ years working experience
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping.
On-the-job training as a landscape crew member.
Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions.

Ideal candidates posses strong customer service abilities, problem solving abilities and act as a team player
Experience in a leadership role would be advantageous.
