About The Position

As the Lighting Technician, you will be responsible for installing lighting products safely and neatly in customer’s facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professional customer service and have a vast knowledge of lighting retrofit strategies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• At least 2-4 years of lighting and electrical experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be reliable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Lighting and retrofit experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Comply with FSG safety policies.
• Install lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls, or other items associated with lighting systems.
• Work in a safe manner so as not to damage or disturb customer's facilities.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
• Perform physically demanding tasks while conveying knowledge of basic/specialized tools and equipment throughout the service job/work order process.
• Must understand and conform to Government/Local regulations and ordinances as well as any/all required Safety Guidelines.
