About The Position

Our lighting technician will perform the following job functions: Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic lighting components. Installing and mounting lighting controls, devices, sensors, and components. Safe operation of aerial lifts and bucket trucks. Testing lighting systems and continuity of circuits in fixtures, using testing devices. Inspecting installation sites and studying work orders, building plans, and installation manuals in order to determine materials requirements and installation procedures. Diagnosing malfunctioning lighting systems and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Reading contract drawings. Trouble shooting EMS systems, smart breakers, and relays. Must have a good driving record to drive a company vehicle. Principals only. Requirements

  • Must have a good driving record to drive a company vehicle
  • Texas Driver's License (Required)
  • TDLR License (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Lighting Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
