Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 office products
  • Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills
  • Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer
  • Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Maximize efficiencies in all aspects of the project to ensure timely delivery of product to our customers
  • Mange submittals & shipping dates
  • Read specifications and drawings to identify change order value, manage change orders –approved and pending, evaluate GP opportunities
  • Schedule and maintain critical ship dates
  • Develop overall order strategy working with Sales with goal of increasing profitability
  • Manage and review financial summaries and ensure the project management system accurately reflects the financial status of the project
  • Ensure Cooper invoices the customer correctly by working with the billing administrator
  • Ensure the Project Management system is up to date and current
  • Identify critical ship dates and communicate with vendors
  • Review returned submittals and relay to vendor
  • Foster and grow relationships with our customers and our sales teams
  • Communicate dates with customer – submittals, shipping
