About The Position
Traditions LLC is a growing, multi-division company, currently seeking full-time seasonal team members to assist in the installation and removal of holiday lights for both residential and commercial clients around Wisconsin. This position is ideal for hard-working and reliable individuals who are comfortable working in various weather conditions and are not afraid of heights. The role involves physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and climbing ladders to install lighting at significant heights. Excellent performance in this seasonal position could lead to a year-round position with Traditions LLC, where you may work in one of our other services, such as SolEnergy Solar or Traditions Landscape Lighting, during the off-season months. As a Lighting Installer, you will be expected to arrive at the designated shop location promptly, complete assigned projects with your team, and maintain the cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.
