About The Position

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Lighting Application Engineer to join our LED Lamps & Luminaires Application Engineering team onsite in Burlington, MA. Provide technical and application support to R&D, customers, and commercial and project teams by conducting application and qualification tests and providing application insights and evaluations. Support marketing, sales, and key account teams by providing R&D and market insights, conducting benchmark studies, doing competitor analysis, and gathering customer feedback. Conduct front-end application studies identifying new opportunities for LED Lamps & Luminaires. Support customer service via in-depth analysis of field returns and organize technical trainings to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related
• Good technical understanding of lighting technology and lighting products
• 5+ years of working experience in product development, lighting application and/or technical field support; experience in LED lighting product development is highly preferred
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and a team player
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
