About The Position

We are currently seeking a member for a light equipment operator (Forklift) position in our Premier Tech Growers and Consumers plant located in Mattaponi. This horticulture facility processes growing media for our customers who in turn feed, protect and improve our world.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience.
• Ability to work well in a production environment within a team setting.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to foresee and respond to potentially dangerous situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall operation of the facility; in many instances, it will not involve forklift operation.
• Work inside and outside of the facility in all safe weather conditions.
• Participate actively in keeping the facility clean and organized.
• Abide by all safety regulations.
