Light Equipment Operator 1
About The Position
Industrial Light Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating all of the following varies construction equipment including but not limited to bobcats, bulldozers, excavators, front-end loaders, backhoes, rollers, RT forklift, and graders, 4,000 Gallon Water Truck, 84' Steel Drum Roller, 84' Padfoot Roller, JD 744 Loader, and tractor w/ plow to move earth and other materials. They will also be responsible for safety, equipment inspections, and possibly assisting with repairs. The position will be expected to assist other crafts in their down times which may include non-operating activities.
Responsibilities
- Operating construction equipment (bobcats, bulldozers, excavators, front-end loaders, backhoes, rollers, RT forklift, graders, 4,000 Gallon Water Truck, 84' Steel Drum Roller, 84' Padfoot Roller, JD 744 Loader, and tractor w/ plow)
- Moving earth and other materials
- Safety
- Equipment inspections
- Assisting with repairs
- Assisting other crafts in their down times
