About The Position
Join Our Team as a Light Duty Tech at Coon Rapids Chrysler! Are you a skilled and Light Duty Technician looking to take your career to the next level? Your Role: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing quality workmanship. Stay up-to-date with Chrysler certifications and training. Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards. Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics. Highlights about the store: 35 bays/1 alignment rack Climate control/Heat and AC Built in toolboxes Monthly store lunch Each Technician has a personal laptop and scan tool Monday-Friday Schedule ( 4-10's available) Inground hoist Professionally cleaned shop every night Endless work (2 weeks worth of service scheduled) Union pay scale and Benefits 401K employer match Employee Stock purchase program
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in used/pre-owned vehicle
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
