Vector Fleet Management is seeking a Light/Medium Duty Diesel Mechanic, 1st shift to join our team in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. If you have at least five years of proven Diesel Mechanic experience with both on-and off-highway equipment or have graduated from a Trade School for Mechanics, Vector Fleet Management wants to hear from you! Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Diesel Mechanic should have a minimum of five years hands-on experience
Must have the ability to diagnose and repair diesel powered heavy/medium duty trucks and off-highway equipment
Experience with on and off-road equipment such as, trailers, generators, motor graders, back-hoes, loaders, etc. is highly desirable
Experience in medium or heavy diesel preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting, AC, electrical, fuel, and hydraulic systems
Complete set of hand tools and wheeled tool box suitable for daily use
Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check
