About The Position

This position blends business development, customer service, and property solutions . Youll visit multifamily properties to identify and assist with urgent maintenance needshelping ensure communities stay safe, functional, and looking their best. Youll serve as a trusted partner to Property Managers, helping them quickly solve issues, prioritize repairs, and maintain the overall integrity of their properties.

Requirements

• A self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable in a field-based role with daily property visits
• Knowledgeable in light construction, maintenance, or multifamily operations
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

• Visit multifamily properties to identify light construction or urgent maintenance needs.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with Property Managers and on-site teams
• Provide recommendations that improve property safety, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely scheduling and follow-through.
• Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
