You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment while delivering a professional, customer-focused experience every time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience (installing, maintaining, or servicing light commercial systems).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to provide and operate personal power tools effectively.
  • Must be able to wear PPE as required by local, state, or federal regulations.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in varied conditions.
  • Able to complete assigned tasks within standard timeframes while maintaining quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosis & Repair: Perform thorough system diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective repairs or replacements. Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.
  • Maintenance Services: Conduct routine maintenance—cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC components—to keep systems running at peak performance and efficiency.
  • Installation Support: Assist senior technicians with new system installations, including equipment handling, ductwork, and electrical connections.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and courteously with business owners and facility managers. Explain findings, outline repair options, and provide recommendations for optimal system performance.
  • Documentation: Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and inventory logs in a timely and organized manner.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all company, OSHA, and manufacturer safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for yourself, your teammates, and our customers.
