Green Garden Products, a subsidiary of Central Garden & Pet, the number one supplier of top-quality flower seeds and non-GMO vegetable seeds for the gardening industry, is now seeking Light Assembly Supervisor for the Lockbourne, OH facility. This is a first shift Exempt, full-time position. Central Garden & Pet Company (NASDAQ: CENT) is a leading innovator, marketer, and producer of quality branded products for the pet and lawn and garden supplies markets. The Light Assembly Supervisor is responsible for providing direct supervision to department staff, while overseeing daily training and project objectives, as instructed by the Operations Manager. Provide solid leadership within the department to achieve the company, plant, and department goals, through various evaluation and improvement strategies. Aim at improving overall quantity and profitability. Manage and exercise technical expertise, including training, assessing performance, and making process improvements. Assumes all departmental duties when needed.
