About The Position
Responsible for safely performing patient lifts/transfers by using appropriate body mechanics, lifting equipment, following proper procedures and working collaboratively with Lift Team members. The Lift Team Technician assists nursing in providing basic patient care including, and not limited to mobility, repositioning, ambulation, transfers, meals, etc. They work under the supervision and direction of an RN and/or LPN. This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Associates may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.
