Four Hands is where passion meets purpose and where your next chapter begins. We are hiring a Lift Operator, Consolidation to support our Airport Logistics facility. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maximizing warehouse space by safely relocating and consolidating products, keeping inventory organized, and ensuring efficient use of storage. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
  • Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
  • Willing and able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other lift equipment in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse to safely move, stack, relocate, and consolidate inventory
  • Maximize cubic utilization by executing consolidation plans and repositioning products as directed
  • Use RF scanners to accurately place inventory in racking, pick items, and verify order accuracy
  • Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips
  • Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks; report any malfunctions or safety issues
  • Identify, document, and resolve inventory or quality discrepancies, following SOPs and using the ICAR process when required
  • Process inventory-related paperwork including orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
  • Meet productivity targets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
