In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory flow, ensuring that our products are handled with care and precision. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
  • Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
  • Willing and able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Operate on a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling
  • Use RF scanners to accurately pick and verify inventory items for order fulfillment
  • Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips to ensure accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, and report any malfunctions or safety issues
  • Safely place inventory into racking locations using RF scanners, maintaining organization and accuracy
  • Identify and process items on various paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of ladings
  • Follow SOPs to ensure inventory quality and stay updated on procedure changes
  • Perform routine checks to identify and address quality issues
  • Meet productivity targets while managing resources effectively
  • Document and report inventory discrepancies using the internal corrective action reporting (ICAR) process and ensure accurate documentation
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
