As a Lift Attendant, enriching lives at the lifts leads to your own life being enriched through creating relationships with team members and guests, building new skills and competencies, and having fun! Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, and Lift Attendants work together to ensure safe, respectful, and efficient lift operations for all who access our lifts. In short, this position is responsible for courteously and effectively interacting with guests while safely providing uphill lift transportation. This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Ability to stand and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions for up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Minimum Age 18.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate level skier or snowboarder to work at North Side or upper mountain lifts.
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.
  • Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season.

  • Previous lift operations experience.

Responsibilities
