About The Position

The Lift Operations Supervisor oversees the loading and unloading of guests from chair lifts, ensuring a safe and efficient operation. This position involves performing tasks related to the start-up and shut-down of lifts and reporting any unusual occurrences. The role requires close collaboration with the Lift Operation Supervisor, Ski Patrol, and Maintenance teams to enhance guest service.

Requirements

• Completion and passing of Lift Operator training course
• Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Start-up and inspect lift at beginning of shift before any loading
• Clean and check chairs
• Assist riders on/off chair lift
• Maintain ramps and shovel snow
• Understand and follow the 'Lift Operations Guide'
• Report any out of the ordinary occurrences
