About The Position
The Advanced Flight Instructor at LIFT Academy is responsible for conducting training for initial Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) applicants in accordance with FAA regulations and LIFT policies. This role includes flight simulation training, aircraft instruction, and mentorship of new instructors, ensuring that all training standards and objectives are met. The instructor will also prepare students for evaluations and may assist in curriculum development.
