The Lifestyle Operations Associate will provide personal and household support services to the executive.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal and household support services to the executive.
  • Maintain a well-organized and presentable home environment by overseeing tidiness, ensuring common areas are orderly, and supporting household upkeep and organization. Liaise with professionals for scheduled cleaning as agreed.
  • Manage packages delivered to the property, ensuring proper storage, and advise on actions based on the content of relevant communications.
  • Manage upkeep needs and coordinate with service providers.
  • Assist with meal planning and execution in alignment with strict dietary requirements and nutritional goals.
  • Provide chauffeur services, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation to appointments, meetings, and other engagements.
  • Collaborate with the virtual bookkeeper to ensure that monthly expense reports are prepared and align with the budget.
  • Perform various errands around the city including pick up and drop offs at the dry cleaners, grocery runs, clothing stores, post office, etc.
  • Curate and manage gifting on behalf of the executive, including selection, procurement, and timely delivery.
  • Infrequently planning and managing events, such as home dinners or gatherings hosted by the executive.
  • Assisting with packing and unpacking when traveling.
