What You Can Expect: New role within Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation providing 1:1 patient consults, floor education, workshops, cooking classes, group consults, collaboration of care and patients advocacy 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine Nutrition, physical activity, stress management, improved sleep, positive relationships and avoiding toxic substances Full time with full benefits
Requirements
- Education: Accredited program in alignment with licensure requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Current Registered or Licensed Dietitian in state of practice
