Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Looking for a detail-oriented Lifestyle Manager to identify, coordinate and market all resident programs and events to include recreational, social, travel, cultural, educational and entertainment designed to enrich the quality-of-life residents of the community. The Lifestyle Manager is primarily responsible for planning and executing small to large scale resident and community-wide events. Responsibilities encompass event coordination from planning to execution, marketing and promotions, & vendor and contract management. Supervision of other staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain reliable transportation
  • Attend all mandatory company functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Capability to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Event Coordinator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and understanding of the budget
  • Plan, coordinate and implement resident events and community-wide events.
  • Vendor management skills to ensure excellent vendor partnership and relationship building
  • Secure all entertainment, food, decorations and items necessary to carryout event/s
  • Social committee liaison soliciting input and involvement from residents by attending committee meetings
  • Assess overall success of event/s
