About The Position
As a Lifestyle Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for residents within the community. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direction and focus to all lifestyle components, ensuring that the community remains vibrant and engaging. This includes overseeing a variety of lifestyle amenities such as fitness programs, aquatics, travel opportunities, special events, classes, workshops, and charter club operations. You will work closely with the Community Manager, the Association Board of Directors, and other departments to ensure that all lifestyle initiatives align with the community's goals and objectives. In this role, you will be tasked with planning, coordinating, and implementing programs and events that cater to the diverse interests of residents. This will involve hiring, supervising, and evaluating lifestyle staff, as well as providing them with the necessary guidance and support. You will also be responsible for developing and managing the Lifestyle budget, making recommendations to the Association Finance Committee, and acting as a liaison to related committees as needed. Your position will require you to monitor trends in lifestyle programming, encouraging team coordinators to create a diverse range of offerings that meet the needs of the community. Additionally, you will collaborate with resident committees to optimize room usage and maximize program space availability. This role is essential in fostering a sense of community and ensuring that residents have access to enriching experiences that enhance their overall quality of life.
