Position Summary: The Lifestyle Director is responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of resident programs within the HOA community. This role requires big-picture planning combined with the tactical execution of recreational, social, travel, cultural, educational, and entertainment programs. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Lifestyle Director creates, organizes, promotes, and implements lifestyle programming for a multi-aged community. The position interacts regularly with residents, volunteers, and vendors associated with clubhouse activities. The Lifestyle Director oversees facility staff scheduling, training, and daily operations. The role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. With support from the General Manager, the Lifestyle Director makes operational decisions regarding the facility, staff, and community rules.
