About The Position

As a Lifestyle Director, you will manage resident programs that include recreational, social, cultural, travel, and entertainment activities aimed at enhancing the community's quality of life. This role involves program development, facility scheduling, administration of chartered clubs, and overall program promotion to meet the objectives of the Association.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Recreation, Hospitality, Marketing, Event Planning, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of risk management practices, including Homeowner's Association policies and Health Department regulations.
• Budgetary knowledge and control for executing community programs.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in community engagement and program development.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies for community events.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff support and guidance to address the lifestyle needs of homeowners, Board of Directors, and Community Manager.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement various programs, classes, and special community-wide events.
• Create and implement the annual Lifestyle budget in partnership with the Board.
• Monitor and report on the financial position of the association monthly.
• Develop engaging correspondence such as flyers, community calendars, and newsletters.
• Provide leadership to the Association's Lifestyle and Volunteer committees, including agenda support and reports.
• Summarize meeting priorities with appropriate follow-up actions.
• Assess and monitor community needs to identify opportunities for involvement and new programs.
• Select and collaborate with external vendor partners for program implementation.
