About The Position
The Lifestyle Director is a key role within an active adult community managed by CAMS, responsible for creating and implementing a vibrant lifestyle program that fosters community engagement among residents. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the director will be the face of the community, organizing events and activities that cater to the interests of residents aged 55 and older. The role demands a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines while collaborating with various stakeholders, including management teams and residents.
