Job Summary/Description: The Lifestyle Creative Services Producer is a multi-functional, highly creative role responsible for producing content for WTOC’s lifestyle show "Morning Break", while also representing the station to viewers, advertising prospects, and established clients. This position requires strong collaboration with the Sales team, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain positive working relationships across departments. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, organized, and able to manage both independent tasks and group projects with equal efficiency. Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to pivot quickly between assignments are essential. This role also requires active participation in station-wide productions. Projects may involve multi-camera shoots, complex audio setups, remote locations, and occasional live broadcasts. Collaboration with the News Department is expected during severe weather coverage and community events, which may require working outside standard business hours and beyond an eight-hour workday.
