The Lifestyle Coordinator plays an essential role in maintaining resident satisfaction through consistent engagement, prompt assistance, and accurate information-sharing. POSITION SUMMARY The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and concierge support, including managing phone lines, coordinating email communications, organizing records, and assisting with resident inquiries. The role also includes supporting lifestyle programs, monitoring reservations, and providing general office assistance. Building positive relationships with residents and ensuring timely responses is essential for success. This part-time position will consist of blended concierge and administrative responsibilities, with potential future transition to a full-time Lifestyle Coordinator role with expanded lifestyle and event duties. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative background with experience managing phones, email, and office tasks
  • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, email platforms, and basic social media posting
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional attitude at all times
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods as needed
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume phone calls and route, document, or resolve inquiries
  • Respond to and manage resident email communications in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assist with scanning, filing, and processing community documents, leases, and forms
  • Update community records, calendars, and internal logs
  • Prepare and distribute community announcements and email bulletins
  • Provide front-desk coverage and greet residents and guests
  • Support the Association Manager with reports, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Serve as a daily onsite presence for residents needing assistance or information
  • Coordinate clubhouse reservations, tours, and post-event walkthroughs
  • Maintain updated community website content and basic social media postings
  • Help monitor clubhouse condition and communicate maintenance needs
  • Assist with common area walkthroughs and basic inspection reporting
  • Assist with planning, communication, and logistics for community activities as needed
  • Help develop and maintain digital and printed event calendars
  • Support event setup, supply ordering, and inventory tracking
  • Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and local partners
  • Photograph community activities and events as requested
  • Promote teamwork and uphold Leland Management’s service philosophy
  • Attend meetings or events as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Association Manager
