POSITION SUMMARY The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and concierge support, including managing phone lines, coordinating email communications, organizing records, and assisting with resident inquiries. The role also includes supporting lifestyle programs, monitoring reservations, and providing general office assistance. Building positive relationships with residents and ensuring timely responses is essential for success. This part-time position will consist of blended concierge and administrative responsibilities, with potential future transition to a full-time Lifestyle Coordinator role with expanded lifestyle and event duties. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
