As a Lifestyle Center Concierge, you will be working in our 3-story Lifestyle Center, providing excellent customer service to members, tenants, and clientele of Bonita Bay Club. You will provide administrative and clerical support to the administration functions of the club, and take Spa & Salon reservations. This position serves as a liaison between members and the accounting department to assist in billing problem resolution. You will assist with Spa payroll, and receiving merchandise, as well as oversee the coordination of the Lifestyle Center Card Room. You will work closely with Spa, Fitness, and Food & Beverage staff to provide excellent service to the Lifestyle Center's clientele. You will provide member services such as faxes, copies, and notary public services, and you will maintain the reservation books for Club members.
