About The Position

Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities is actively seeking an energetic, team-oriented professional to join our management team in our IDD Residential Services Division. The Lifesharing Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating providers; monitoring daily operation/individual progress; and ensuring compliance with state regulations, waiver regulations, and agency contracts relating to the program. The Lifesharing Coordinator provides the planning and supervision necessary to ensure each individual has a residential service and goals to meet his/her needs, promotes progress towards independent living and community integration. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., flexible, including on-call responsibilities. These are great work hours with paid holidays off starting day one of employment!! Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field
  • A minimum of two years managerial/supervisory experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Computer knowledge
  • Valid PA Driver's License
  • Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen
  • Pre-employment Physical Exam
  • Pre-employment TB (Mantoux) Test or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
  • PA Criminal History Clearance
  • PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
