About The Position
Houston Country Club (HCC) is seeking friendly and experienced American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards for our outdoor pool that will be open from April - October, with additional employment opportunities throughout the year. HCC operates a supportive work environment with full-time and part-time hours, provides meals, work incentives and bonuses, uniform and certification assistance.
Requirements
- Job Type: Seasonal Part-time or Full-time between 20-30 hours a week, with the option of up to 40 hoursSalary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Schedule:
- 4–6-hour shift
- Morning and Evening shift | Flexible Schedule
- Tuesday to Sunday, off on Mondays
Responsibilities
- Must have a Happy, Positive, Energetic, Outgoing, Passionate, Helpful, and Fun-Loving Attitude
- Implement and execute pool safety in and around the pool
- Attend Mandatory Weekly In-services
- Assist Opening and Closing Procedures
- Assist swimming instructors, swim team, pool members, pool parties, and other activities.
- Adheres to all pool safety standards, including safety procedures for adverse weather conditions.
- Perform other duties as prescribed by management.
- Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor
