About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Lifeguards and Captains to join our team. Lifeguards will earn $16/hour, while Captains will earn $18/hour. The minimum age for applicants is 15, but those aged 16 and under will require working papers. This position requires the ability to work outdoors for long hours in varying weather conditions, and candidates must be responsible and willing to take initiative when necessary. Good communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with guests, coworkers, and management staff. You must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Requirements

• Monitor the safety of pool patrons and enforce rules and regulations.
• Provide assistance and rescue services as needed.
