About The Position

The Lino Lakes Rookery Activity Center is hiring lifeguards to work in the Rookery's aquatic area, which features an indoor lap pool with six lanes and a zero-depth entry pool with a waterslide and water play feature. The lifeguard position will ensure the safety of members and guests, recognize and respond to emergencies, and communicate in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Must be certified as a lifeguard or willing to obtain certification.
• Ability to respond to emergencies effectively.
