About The Position
The Lifeguard position is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of pool patrons by maintaining a safe aquatic environment through proactive water safety programming. The role involves enforcing rules and regulations, responding to emergencies, and providing first aid as necessary. Lifeguards will also assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the pool and related facilities, and will be involved in planning and instructing swim lessons and special events.
