About The Position

Lifeguard Attendants are responsible for ensuring the safety of guests at indoor and outdoor aquatics facilities. Lifeguards must be vigilant, quick-thinking, and capable of handling stressful situations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years old
• Must be able to successfully complete Jeff Ellis and Associates Lifeguard Certification prior to start date

Nice To Haves

• Previous lifeguard experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests adhere to department and facility policies
• Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations, administering first-aid if necessary
• Ensure patron safety and provide excellent customer service
• Participate in regular in-service training
• General cleaning through aquatics facilities
