About The Position

As a Lifeguard you will ensure and maintain a safe swimming environment for patients and staff by enforcing safety rules and rules of pool. Greet swimmers at gate for check in. Keep the pool area clean. This is a seasonal position, Tuesday through Saturday 10:30 am – 6:30pm.

Requirements

• Current lifeguard certification
• CPR for Professional Rescuer and Standard First Aid certifications
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• All roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
• NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

• Prior experience working with psychiatric/behavioral setting
