Requirements

High school diploma required (some college preferred).
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification; CPR/First Aid/AED required.
Strong communication skills with a calm, confident presence.
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Keep a watchful eye over our therapy pool, lap pool, and spa—ensuring everyone stays safe and supported.
Educate swimmers on safety and pool rules, taking action to prevent accidents.
Respond quickly and effectively in emergencies using verified lifesaving skills (CPR, first aid, and rescue techniques).
Monitor pool conditions, maintain accurate safety and chemical records, and ensure equipment is ready for use.
Assist with swim lessons and safety education for new swimmers.
