Lifeguard (Indoor) - FULL TIME (benefits-eligible)
About The Position
Looking for a role where you can make an impact, stay active, and be part of a great team? We’re hiring a Full-Time Lifeguard for our Indoor Aquatic Arena—with full benefits eligibility! This is a consistent evening schedule, perfect if you thrive later in the day: Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Additional flexibility for weekends/holidays as needed.) As a lifeguard, you’ll play a critical role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for our members and guests. If you’re safety-focused, attentive, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to have you on our team.
Requirements
- Current Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or Ellis & Associates)
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay alert, enforce rules, and manage conflict professionally
- Experience working with the public (lifeguarding experience preferred)
Responsibilities
- Actively monitor the pool and surrounding areas to ensure safety at all times
- Enforce pool rules and respond confidently and swiftly to emergencies
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with members and guests
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized aquatic environment
- Stay informed on programs, classes, and events to support member experience
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
