WHEN: Saturday, February 7th, 2026 TIME: 12 pm – 4 pm WHERE: Elara - 80 East Harmon Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89109, USA We’re hiring Lifeguard for multiple location in Las Vegas. Including, Elara, Cancun Resort and Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard. As a Lifeguard, your focus is maintaining safety while guest enjoy themselves within the pool area. You will provide outstanding safety by observing owners/guests in the pool, performing designated rescue practices as needed ensuring safety according to local, state and federal health and safety regulations. What will I be doing? Coordinates and directs all activities at the pool areas. Assists and supports during emergency care and treatment in the event of an emergency. Responds to any level of incident or emergency around the pool areas and the facility. Notifies appropriate authorities and prepares written reports on all accidents, incidents, hazardous conditions and suspicious persons or activities. May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by management. Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement. Qualifications: Poses a lifeguard, CPR & First Aid certification or acquired after hire. Must be at least 16 years of age. Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Requires occasional handling and maneuvering of persons in excess of 100 pounds.
