About The Position
Euvori is seeking Lifeguards for seasonal part-time positions in Peoria, AZ, specifically at the Village at Vistancia pool, which operates from late May to early September. The role involves actively monitoring the pool area to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, enforcing pool rules, and responding to emergencies. No prior lifeguard experience is required as all necessary training and certifications are provided. The company offers a starting pay of $17.00 with quarterly raises and opportunities for flexible scheduling and year-round work by picking up shifts or transferring to other locations.

Responsibilities
- Scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning
- Performing proactive interventions, including notifying swimmers of pool rules
- Jumping in to assist struggling swimmers
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool guests by actively monitoring the pool area
- Enforcing pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Providing excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any concerns
