The Town of Lexington is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of Lifeguard. This role ensures safety at the aquatic facilities, including the Town Pool and Old Reservoir, both in and out of the water. Lifeguards will interact with the public and perform light maintenance, facility, and custodial work as needed, such as trash pick-up, cleaning locker rooms, and raking the beach. Other related duties may be assigned. Lifeguards are required to participate in weekly in-services, which include a 500-yard swim. This position works under the direction and supervision of the Aquatics Manager, Assistant Manager, and Head Lifeguard on duty.
