About The Position

A Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patrons at a swimming pool, while also managing and supervising lifeguard staff (confirming lifeguard is in proper uniform, lifeguard rotation, breaks, remaining alert and vigilant). They enforce safety rules, administer first aid, and maintenance of the facility (Clean stainless steel, pick up locker rooms etc). Additionally, they will be responsible for opening and closing the facility, completing daily reports, and testing pool chemicals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older (not in high school)
• Lifeguard certification
• CPR/AED certification

Responsibilities
