Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a state licensed school, college, or university.
• Must be at least 16 years of age and demonstrate student status for the duration of the appointment.
• Licensed through Jeff Ellis & Associates in life saving techniques, water safety instruction, standard first aid, and CPR for adult, child, and infant.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard patrons while monitoring pools for guest safety.
• Perform emergency water rescue techniques and administer CPR and first aid as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to aquatic facilities.
• Assist with aquatics programs and equipment setup for special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of aquatics amenities including water park, pool areas, restrooms, and concession areas.
