About The Position

The Lifeguard Seasonal position is responsible for ensuring that the pool area is safe and clean at all times. This role requires consistently demonstrating superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. The lifeguard must maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, create positive energy with gestures, and sustain enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Responsibilities include monitoring all activities on the pool deck, enforcing pool rules and safety regulations, providing assistance to guests as needed, and participating in pool rescues if necessary. The lifeguard may also assist with Pool Attendant duties and is responsible for testing and treating pool water to maintain standards.

Requirements

• Red Cross Certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Must possess recognized lifeguard certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience.
