About The Position
The position involves ensuring the safety of guests while using the pool and its surrounding areas. The lifeguard must provide courteous guest service and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Lifeguards are responsible for guarding the pool from designated stands, maintaining an upright and attentive posture, and following all safety and health standards at all times.
