Additionally, the Lifeguard Coordinator will be tasked with scheduling shifts, managing staff performance, and fostering a positive work environment. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors while fostering a culture of safety within the lifeguard team.
