Organization: Critical Care Transport Job Summary: The Fleet and Logistics Coordinator oversees the full lifecycle of ground transport operations, including vehicle maintenance, equipment coordination, and supply chain logistics. This role ensures operational readiness, safety compliance, and efficient resource management across ALS/BLS units, wheelchair/stretcher vans, and critical care transport vehicles. The Coordinator also serves as a technical expert and team collaborator, supporting both strategic planning and direct execution. Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm CST

Requirements

  • LIC-Driver's License - Tennessee
  • Relevant Work Experience Experience Level : 1 year
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with receiving, shipping, and tracking supplies, including maintaining supply room
  • Working knowledge of light fleet maintenance
  • Experience performing or coordinating vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with Feet Mechanic

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all ground transport vehicles: ALS/BLS units, Wheelchair/Stretcher vans, Critical Care Transport vehicles.
  • Develop support plans for outlying bases.
  • Perform routine inspections, safety checks, minor maintenance and regular preventative maintenance service to ambulances and other LifeFlight fleet vehicles as needed.
  • Identify and report trends in equipment failures and maintain recall notices and coordinate warranty services.
  • Track and schedule all preventative and necessary maintenance, service, and repairs while coordinating with service partners to ensure fast and efficient turnaround of ambulance fleet while communicating with leadership about repairs, to include removing vehicles from service when safety and operations concerns are apparent.
  • Maintain accurate records in Operative IQ of maintenance, parts, labor, costs, inventory arrivals, expiration tracking, and purchase orders and manage receipts in Workday.
  • Research and recommend changes/alternatives to fleet usage protocols, crew usage, formulary change, and equipment suggestions.
  • Maintain and regularly update fleet records, service records, mileage records, and databases.
  • Maintain inventory and supplies for vehicle cleaning and service needs, warehouse, fleet storage area, mechanical supplies, and order, stock, and fulfill supply requests.
