About The Position
As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the member experience throughout their journey with us. Your primary focus will be on driving customer account growth and retention within our expanding Marketplace Partner Solutions team, which supports direct-to-consumer partnerships for the MoneyLion Marketplace. In collaboration with the Lifecycle leadership team, you'll develop and implement strategies to boost product adoption, elevate account growth, and improve user retention, ensuring continued engagement and active usage of our offerings. This role is located on-site 4 days a week at our headquarters in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City.
